My name is Teresa McLellan and I am currently registered as a Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). My work as a therapist, teacher, facilitator and intuitive guide has been shaped by a lifelong interest in the intersection between psychology, healing, the deeper layers of human experience, Self and Soul.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Adler University and have additional training in Depth Psychology with a focus on Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices. My undergraduate studies in psychology, counselling, and human development also included philosophy and criminology, which helped me begin to understand both the inner world of the psyche and the broader systems that shape human behavior.
Rather than a linear path, my training has been a weaving together of many approaches, perspectives, trainings and experiences — each adding another layer to how I understand healing. Healing is not just about symptom reduction — it is about reconnection. Reconnection to the body, to emotion, to meaning, to relationship, and to the parts of our Self that were once pushed away or forgotten. Reconnection to wholeness.
